Summary:

There was said to be an unbeatable game with an uncatpurable heroine. The reason for this is due to a glitch in the game. The glitch prevents the gamer from viewing the final event in the game by looping back to the initial choice sequence. Keima is determined to capture this heroine (Asuka Sora) and resolves to find a route in which he can view the final scene by going through every possible combination of choices. The task is arduous and Keima keeps looping back to the first scene and comes back to the beginning of the game numerous times due to the game not having a save feature. Day turns to night and Keima finally gets past the loop glitch……..only to find himself falling prey to another glitch.

Opinion:

This is a pretty elaborated version of chapter 17 of the manga. It feels more or less like filler, but was still fairly entertaining. The direction they gave it was pretty cool as the loop glitch made you feel for Keima and gave you one of those “Is this reality or a dream” kinda feeling (kinda like in Inception). I loved the little extras too like the ending song and animation being of the game Keima was playing. Favorite part of this episode is seeing the Leaf style drawing for the preview pic, plus Haqua!!! As an extra little bonus, there’s a chibi picture of Konomi in the “PFP” Keima’s playing.!
