Summary:

On his first day in class, Kazuya introduces himself to everyone. Meanwhile Arthur is with his Pandora Ganessa, and nursing her from her wounds from her battle with Satellizer. During lunch Kazuya meets the class representative of his class, Hiiragi Kaho. She shows him around the cafeteria explains that the cafeteria is like a buffet and all the food is top-notch. Kaho explains this much is to be expected since the students at Genetics carry the fate of humanity on their shoulders. Kazuya notices a huge line in the cafeteria and asks Kaho what it is; Kaho explains that the line’s for the cafeterias most famous restaurant, “Burger Queen”. Unlike the cafeteria food, you have to pay for the food at “Burger Queen”; though the food there is the most popular food in the cafeteria. While they’re eating Kaho mentions to Kazuya that she saw Kazuya standing up for Satellizer yesterday and asks why he would do that for her. Kazuya tells her that it’s because he caused problems for her during the Carnival, and Kaho realizes that Kazuya is the rumored boy that allowed Ganessa to win against Satellizer. Arthur comes along and comments that Kazuya and Kaho have already introduced themselves, and Kaho whispers to Kazuya hat he shouldn’t mention what they talked about to Arthur and that Kazuya should stay away from the “Untouchable Queen”. Kazuya asks her why, and Kaho replies that Satellizer is known for being a little crazy, though she doesn’t know the details.

Kazuya gets angry and tells Kaho that it’s wrong to talk badly of people you don’t know. At that moment the “Untouchable Queen”, Satellizer comes to the cafeteria to pick up lunch from Burger Queen, and Kazuya grabs her hand. Satellizer pulls her hand back and drops her food. She walks away while leaving her food and comments to herself that she didn’t get that disgusting feeling again when she was touched. Satellizer is on the roof, and Kazuya gives her back her lunch that she dropped and apologizes to her for what happened at the Carnival and for activating her Pandora mode to save him the other day. Satellizer tells him that it was because he tried to save her, so she just tried to repay the favor. Kazuya tells her that he’s glad she’s the kind person he thought she was. Satellizer tells him that she doesn’t like being touched by people, but for some reason that’s not the case with Kazuya and wonders why that is. Kazuya asks her to make him her limiter; all the while Arthur and Kaho are secretly watching them. Kazuya remembers that he hasn’t introduced himself yet, and gives his name. Satellizer seems to recognize his family name “Aoi”, but before she can say anything they are interrupted.

3rd year student Kannazuki Miyabi and her 3 limiters who ask if Satellizer and Kazuya are planning on performing a baptism on the roof interrupt them. Kaho and Arthur watch what’s going on from the top of the roof entrance, and Kaho recognizes Miyabi as the famous “Limiter Eater”. Apparently Miyabi is rumored to have baptisms with pretty boys as soon as they enroll into the academy, and changes Limiters when she gets bored of them. Satellizer gets up to leave, but Miyabi tells her to wait and asks if a 2nd year student won’t even greet a 3rd year student. Satellizer just nods to her and walks on. Kazuya gets up to chase after her, but is stopped by Miyabi and she tells him that she’ll be giving him a baptism now. Kazuya refuses the offer and tells her he can’t do it with her and runs off, but is stopped by 2 of Miyabi’s Limiters.

Miyabi is angered by the rejection and asks Kazuya if he thinks he can walk away after insulting her. At that moment Satellizer points her volt weapon at Miyabi and tells her to release Kazuya. Kaho comments that a 2nd year can’t win against a third year, while Arthur is surprised that the “Untouchable Queen” is doing this for Kazuya’s sake. Miyabi materializes her volt weapon, Homing Dagger and launches her attack against Satellizer. Her daggers fly towards Satellizer, but Satellizer is able to block the attack with no problem. Miyabi then disappears and reappears behind Satellizer using a high-end skill taught to 3rd years, Accel Turn. Miyabi tries to stab Satellizer, but is shocked when Satellizer also uses Accel Turn to get behind her. The two go at each other using Accel Turn until Miyabi receives a cut on her cheek during their exchange. This pisses Miyabi off and she orders her Limiters to use Freezing on Satellizer.

While Miyabi’s limiters start up the Freezing area, Satellizer tries to jump out of the area; which surprises Miyabi as it shouldn’t be possible normally to do so even if the Freezing area isn’t completed. Satellizer notices Kazuya still stuck and goes back for him, but this gets her caught and she is parallelized in the Freezing state. Miyabi goes over to her and starts ripping her clothes and fondling her breasts. Kazuya screams at her to stop, but Miyabi has one of her limiters beat him up a little for his refusal earlier. Miyabi continues her abuse on Satellizer and has her Limiters take pictures of her on their cell phones to have sent throughout the academy. When Miyabi starts to pull off Satellizer’s panties, Kazuya screams for her to stop and activates his Freezing. He not only neutralizes Miyabi’s Limiters’ Freezing, but also casts Freezing on them. Satellizer immediately takes out Miyabi’s Limiters and is pissed. Someone rushes to get student council president FAoichild, and when she arrives on the scene she finds Miyabi begging for forgiveness and Satellizer about to finish her off.

Chiffon orders Satellizer to put her Volt Weapon away and back away from Miyabi. Satellizer ignores the order and Yumi-sensei and Elise-sensei arrive on the scene and get ready to take action, but Kazuya screams for Satellizer to stop and uses Freezing on her. Kazuya remembers what his sister told him and tells Satellizer that Pandoras don’t exist for the sake of hurting each other. Satellizer looks at him and calms down. Kazuya releases the Freezing and Satellizer walks away. Later Elise and Yumi are looking at Kazuya’s data. Elise states that by re-implanting stigmata that have been in a Pandora’s body for over a year into her Limiter, the Limiter’s sensory organs begin to change. This is the principal behind the Ereinbar set that allows both the Pandora and the Limiter to experience similar feelings and the Freezing ability can be manifested. The normal amount of stigmata a Pandora can incubate is 2-4, but due to Kazuya’s sister Kazuha’s unique genetic make-up she was able to incubate 20. Kazuha was said to have a Stigma body, and Kazuya has that same build as 30% of his body is composed of Stigma tissue. Yumi surmises that this is the reason both Kazuya and Kazuha were brought to the academy by Genetics.

Chiffon puts a band-aid on Kazuya and asks him if he’s ok not going to the medical office. Kazuya states he’s fine, and FAoichild warns Kazuya to be careful since the opponent today was 3rd year. The hierarchy in the academy is similar to military ranks and the 3rd years won’t stay quiet after a 3rd year was defeated by a 2nd year. Meanwhile the academy’s 7th rank Ingrid Bernstein is notified by Atia Simones that they have a problematic 2nd Year that needs to be dealt with. When Atia tells Ingrid that it’s the “Untouchable Queen” Ingrid’s eyes widen in shock.

Opinions:

characters I didn’t really like, and for good reason. I still haven’t seen her reappear since her first introduction and she tried to rape Satella! I can’t believe Fairchild and everyone in the school thinks Satellizer goes overboard; if someone tried to rape you I figure the amount of aggression that Satella showed is normal if not holding back a little as I noticed none of the Limiters were a bloody mess. All in all, I’ve decided to stick to blogging the series as we’re getting to the more interesting parts of the story. The last few episodes were a little hard for me to get into because the opponents weren’t really likable and I just couldn’t get into the fight since it felt like they were just small-fries. Starting next episode however, I don’t see that problem. Ingrid is a serious character that comes off as strict and strong. She’s voiced by Koshimizu Ami, which suites her well. I’m looking forward to the next episode and looking forward to seeing more of Satella’s “cute” side.
